When i was younger my uncle played this cool rts game and let me watch. I just remembered about it and he forgets the name of the game but i remember that there was a good sort of "hero" system or special units. You slowly unlock different heroes throughout the game and you get like skill points for them where you can get powers or upgrade them. I know some of the heroes are a chick in a helicopter and a guy in either a tank or a big robot thing. I dont remember much on the units but they were mechanical. I remember seeing a scenario where there were some tall robot like things. The game had a futuristic or sci fi look to it but still seemed to be in the past. This is driving me crazy as to what it is. If anybody knows anything please help.
Do you remember what year around about according to your age? I'd love to solve this but its sounding like one of those where it could be several games and none of them situations...
It sounds like steampunk. I understand old robotic stuff. No I do not know the game. Maybe Command and Conquer?
What you're describing sounds a lot like Cartoon Wars II: Heroes, but I could be wrong, since I don't remember any chicks in helicopters in that game there certainly are helicopters in it though.
