      Hey guys,

      I noticed some games have a more customised iTunes product page, e.g. http://img.skitch.com/20090317-8ypcejf9tmd1qt5bat61285eri.png

      Do all developers have the option to customise their page like this, or is there an extra fee involved?

      If there is no charge, i'm surprised only a few developers are customising their iTunes pages.

      I was wondering that myself. It sure makes the product stand out, though I have seen a couple instances where I think the developer went overboard.

      Only a few selected apps get this type of treatment. They will notify you if you are selected.

      Yes, many. Most developers on the store are indie, you just don't realize it.

      It seems the majority of the games with custom pages are published by big companies, e.g. monopoly, crash etc..

      I think it would make more sense to have an option when uploading the app to pay a fee to color up the page.

      I agree, this would be a lot more fair.
