      So i grabbed Need for Speed - Hot Pursuit and its only tilt control...not my thing...app looks great and now im left with a itch thats unscratched...any suggestions...is Asphalt tilt only too? how about real racing..?

      IK rr has touch. I think asphalt does too

      RR2 has a steering wheel option that you can control with your fingers.

      Honestly, most racers have some type of touch controls. The only popular racers without them are the three NFS games by EA.

      Like BacktoThis has stated....

      Most, Nearly all of the IOS racers are tilt-controlled and have an option that allows you to use a on screen control.

      But i don't see what people dislike about tilt controls? I mean i play most of my games in bed, on the train, or on the bus and im not bothered with the control as you center of gravity seems to set itself meaning it should not be hard to play the game.
