App description: "This game is a home run! I love this [BLEEP] game. In my top 5 all time games. No BS." - Touch Arcade Forums

A cloudy moon illuminates the quiet planet.

With practiced precision, you carefully navigate mazes of deadly traps to reach your goal: a small landing target outside the dark city.

If you survive, you must choose to cash in your points or risk it all on another run.

Do you have what it takes to become a leaderboard legend?

Thank you all for the wonderful feedback. Here's what people are saying about Rocket Valet! Galaxy Landing Service:

No impressions yet, that's a damn shame

Now maybe you've avoided this for the one reason that deveolper feared: that the name is similar to another certain game that people love to hate
Is my game dead in the water because it rhymes with "Flappy"?

Well Tappy Lander is nothing like Flappy Bird. It plays like Lunar Lander, buttons for left and right thrust and thrust to ascend/slow your descent. Each screen has some set of randomized obstacles: walls, mines, lasers. You must carefully and precisely thread your way through these hazards, deciding whether to also collect items to improve your score.

Tappy Lander has an interesting scoring system. When you land, you have a choice, you can cash in your score, which also acts as experience points and level up, to unlock new rockets skins and probably other stuff that I haven't noticed yet. Or you can "risk it" and continue to other level and earn compounding bonus percentages of your score. But if you risk it and then crash, you earn nothing.

Honestly, I haven't found Tappy Lander that difficult. In fact in my third attempt I earned a high enough score to reach level 5 in one go. But that doesn't mean Tappy Lander isn't worth your time. It's fun, the controls require finesse, and the game has an addictive quality as you decide to cash in or risk your score and keep going.

I definitely think it's worth a try. There are banner ads, but they don't show up during gameplay and are otherwise unobstrusive. No IAP as far as I can tell.

It's too easy IMO. I cashed in at 200k because it was becoming a chore.

Awesome! Have you completed the achievements? The slide and bounce mechanics offer an alternate way to play. You can also try collecting all the disks. Consider it a challenge directly from the developer!

I just posted more promo codes here: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=238120
