Won tha race is easy for me; destroy him that I havent do it after a week tries; agree it's all about luck
I didnt find the adversary that challenging oddly enough...only took 2 races...I had the multi rocket launcher *insert name here* maxed out and then used the best car from the first version fully upgraded...
Sorry if already answered...but how does fame work? I foolishly thought it was simply based on your lifetime winnings but then I've seen it drop back down to 0 a number of times (since I'm SOOOOO good). Is it something like a constant measurement of your current total upgrades vs. current performance? Like if I get 6th place in a Beginner Race when using the third car unlocked fully maxed out, I'm performing far below expectations and would have my fame reset to 0. Whereas if I managed to win a Medium Race with my very first vehicle before any upgrades my fame would rocket to the sky?
Your fame never resets. It is displayed on the right side of the main screen. Your leftover points after you repair and uprade your car as well as upgrade your weapon will go toward your fame. If you are racing on a fully upgraded car with a fully upgraded weapon then all of your points fot that race would go to your fame. Hope that helps.
I've had the same problem, I've tried 2 star regular ones and 4 star challenges, sometimes my fame decreases after playing them, sometimes it increases. I'm at 1+ million fame with everything maxed out, and I'm getting #1 in the races. Not sure what causes the drop. At first I thought it was restarting the game, but even without restarting my fame drops sometimes.
Hated this at first but within minutes came to love it. Still dunno whether this or Reckless Racing should take the spot on my no1 page of apps, both look beautiful but this is more action packed and exhilirating while RR is relaxing, skillful yet a bit hollow.

I'm used to the current control scheme and it works great for me, I'll try out the new one though since I haven't played RR. Nice new skin and looking forward to seeing missiles flying all over the place in the Strikers challenge. XD Any idea what causes the Fame to drop in certain races though?
Sounds like a very big update! This game and Angry Birds are so addicting! There should be a cool power up for this game (like the speed boost)... I was thinking of Minigore and how you have longer or 7 lap races and collect three clovers and become a monster truck or something. Or shrink the other cars. I know I am thinking Mario Kart and Minigore at the same time but it would be cool to see those features. It would be nice to unlock the sounds and voices of the characters.
Don't forget the users who disabled Game Center for certain reasons. Please offer an alternative option for multiplayer (additionally) like some other very good games. Thx in advance.
