The problem, for me, is that a lot of the puzzles in this game are not really based on working out how to solve them but on tapping objects to swap them from one state to another. The solutions are generally very obvious or just a matter of trying an object in position A or B until it works.

Getting it right frequently feels like "oh, I got it right that time" rather than "YES! That's the solution! I am just so brilliant!"

I played it quite a bit before drifting away from it. I don't totally dislike the game, just don't think it's my type of puzzler.
Oh okay. Just wondering! I haven't yet fired them up, either. Truth be told, I actually have no idea how to beat the final level of the game Been stuck on it for a week or two lol, but at this point I don't think I'm trying all that hard now.

Ah, yes, I understand... Indeed, the solution does kind of reveal itself from the outset, but I still find a ton of enjoyment in utilizing the objects and finishing the puzzles I definitely agree that there are more cerebrally-stimulating puzzle games out there, but how many of them deal with an adorable kitteh dreaming of yarn?

What's new in version 1.11

-Bug fixes & enhancements

Pretty minor update, but whatevs.

I am going to take this opportunity to ask TouchArcade why they haven't reviewed this game yet. It is more than a little offensive that they review a game where the purpose is to kick cats around in a game of hackeysack, yet they still haven't reviewed this adorable puzzle-physics game, Wake the Cat. :\

I thought that maybe they were backed up or something, so I waited quite patiently. But now that so many games have come and gone since Wake the Cat, with reviews and previews, I think it's time to bring Wake the Cat back into the public eye. The Hackycat review is the straw that broke the camel's back. Come on, Touch Arcade

I even emailed them about it like a month ago.
