I found the controls VERY unresponsive on my 4G Touch. I just thought I wasn't playing right until I played on my iPad, and then realized it was just basically broken on the 4G
Yeah... there's too much going on graphic wise in addition to whatever calculations the game does that the touch4 cant handle it anymore. Plays great on the ipad though... This is currently my most played game despite its simplicity.
I locked in the license but not sure I'm actually that interested in this since I got Rage of the Gladiator last week.
You're having problems playing this on the 4G? I'm playing it fine on the 3GS. Maybe you need to close all your other apps or reboot your phone.
And maybe you should do your research before assuming we've never had to clear our multitasking bars or do a hard reset before.

I'll return the favor:;: The 3GS and 4 both have 256MB of RAM. However, the 4G also has retina display. In turn, games might look better on the 4G, but they also play better/smoother on the 3GS. Apple didn't up the hardware in the 4G to push the extra graphical capabilities.
Yeah...people take for granted the "incremental" update that was the 4S, but the extra memory and faster chipset makes a big difference with some modern apps. Sure, the 3gs or lower was the target when it was released, but the OG 4 shows its age now.
