-Was a good game early on. Very addictive.
-Too many glitches allowing people to cheat easy.
-Able to create multiple accounts as alts to support their main accounts.
-Able to use glitches to make troops, coins, treasures.
-Lack of customer support. (In-game or via email)
-Servers crash frequently or not able to connect.
-Very inappropriate language in world chat.
-"Experts/moderators" log on to collect their daily coins then leave.
-Servers fill with alt accounts (+1,000's of them) so servers go stagnate quickly.
-In-game purchases of coins very expense.
-Able to purchase 3rd party coins cheaply but against TOS and allowed by support.
-Complaints to support may lead to accounts being banned.
-Very few updates. 1 major since release of game. (Alliance Wars, Daily Gift changed to give more options, market system changed on items)
