Yep, doesn't look like you have to re-download the entire mp3 after uploading it to the site.

I have to lol though at the misspelling of rhythm in the title splash page.

How much will the full version cost? Also, even with the full version is only limited to 20 songs? I was hoping it will be unlimited number of songs as long as we have the songs on our iPod Touch or iPhone.

Awesome! Will be keeping a lookout for this one. But yeah, 20 songs is kinda little, hope you can increase the amount in future updates!

It's a server limitation, not the software on the ipod. Unless you want them to start charging you a monthly fee, they are only going to devote so much server space to save your uploaded song data. I think this should cost $10 just to support the server space they are already having to devote. This is unlike pretty much all the other games you play on the iphone now.

agreed, and to be completely honest 20 songs is pretty satisfying. That's 2x the amount of songs found in a premium tap tap game.

I wonder if this will get an update for OS 3.0 so we can use our own music without uploading it anywere.

unfortunately no, 3.0 was a bit of a deception, all it does is optimize the access of the music library from within an app. Because of this the developer of audiosurf had to pull back.

I am Soooo impressed by what the engine generated for the Maroon 5. This game is goingto explode with awesomeness. The possibilities are endless..... I am really tempted to try Tarkus by Emerson, Lake and Palmer :p

EDIT: Also if this game does extremely well, perhaps the developer of Audiosurf will use a similar method to make his game possible :)

Hopefully AudioSurf improves their engine, though. The beat matchmaking seems a lot more accurate here than with AudioSurf.
