I agree. You had a contract, they broke it, now make them pay. Even if you get nothing, the last thing Apple wants is a court case so you'll be sure that you will get the money.

Ask them to give you an iPhone that runs Windows Mobile. Just creating it will make their heads explode.

Revenge. No one would actually want one, it'd just anger Manzana. Though the money would be preferable...

That is kind of like putting hot sauce on ice cream :p (iPhone being the ice cream of course)

Bahahaha thats hilarious. I feel bad for you about not getting your moola, but apple is messed up. And I'd love to see an iphone that runs WM.

Well since I love hot sauce and ice cream, can we compare it to putting needles in ice cream? Ouch!

I think having Windows mobile on your iPhone would be like having sprinkles on your icecream.

  17. damn :(

Shees... i can understand the 45 day (with fraud protection and all), but this sounds hysterical :s I just shipped my first game, and im concidering making game-designing a serious business for me, but if the payouts are this shaky, I might get cold feet.

Anyone else had this experience ?
