NOVA 2 vs. NOVA 2 HD Does anyone know if NOVA 2 for iPhone looks and plays ok on the iPad, or is NOVA 2 HD a lot better than NOVA 2 for iPhone when playing on the iPad?
yeah, the gyroscope is far more precise than the sticks are even the mouse, regarding joysticks vs mouse, i think they both have very different techniques, if you've been your whole life a console gamer, you'll get pwnd on Counter Strike, same if you're a PC gamer in lets say CoD or Killzone2. PS: Damn! i wanted MC2 to go $.99, i already have nova2 :C , but yeah, it seems the poll won't change at this point : NOVA 2 like 2100 votes -vs- MC2 800 votes :C
What time are they making the decision about the 14th Gameloft sale item? I thought it would occur on Valentines Day.... but it's already 5pm on Valentines Day here in New Zealand.
Aghhh... In my opinion, the small screen and jumbled controls simply don't come anywhere close in terms of that intense action experience you normally get from shooters on the PC or a console. I know it isn't fair to compare, but App Store shooters simply can't entertain me because of this reason. I really hoped for Dungeon Hunter 2 or Gangstar 2. But for those like me who would've preferred DH2, don't fear. It's going to go on sale for .99. Eventually. (And this isn't one of those eventually's where it happens 10 years later and no one is interested anymore)
I'm happy about Nova 2, as it was my first choice. Now I just want Nova to go on sale and I will be set.
Well, the new price is up. I barely played the first one, and I don't even like FPSs on the iPhone, but it's pretty hard to imagine not being able to squeeze out $1's worth from this game.
Yes, the second episode of the best FPS on iPhone dropped to .99c. What a steal! Thanks Gameloft...this is the best deal I've received today (ye, my girlfriend can't make me a deal better than this!!)
