Just a note, you need to improve your use of social media. The facebook link you posted only had one like... An improved online presence for an app can improve SEO and discovery, and increase you chances of getting reviewed by an app site. Honestly, I would start by asking your friends and family to like it first to give it some kind of base. Having a page with one like definitely isn't helping you.
