Most disappointing Christmas break Games release in as long as I can remember .I saved so much money this year and I’m gutted.

Man, what are you smoking? If the break was disappointing, it’s because the big guns didn’t wait for it. The season as a whole has been one of the most impressive for premium games in memory.

But I think I read that devs can set their apps to release during the App Store break. So it may not be over just yet.

Yep, pretty much this. While sure, no surprises (other than Civ VI) came out this week, how nuts have the last few weeks been?

For strategy fans Civ VI is one of the biggest surprises in a long while. The only contemporary big name strategy game that would come close would be an X:COM 2 release.

I'm still keeping my eyes open for any new secret emulators released over the break. I lost most of mine with iOS 11.

X-Com 2 would be a cracking release.... Hopefully with all the GRID purchases, maybe Feral will give us a port! Rather than 2k themselves.
