This game worth playing if I played every gta from vice city and on like crazy, but didn't really play much of this one.
Further to my previous post it seems like my save files have become corrupt. Can anyone give me a save file about midway through the second island? I just did my first mission for Ray, but anywhere around there would do, I really don't want to have to start again? Thanks
This is unplayable on my iPad 1... Bought it on release date and all it does is crash. And no its not my iPad... InfinityBlade II, Real Racing 2 HD, Dead Space, etc. all run fine, sure they may lag, but at least its playable.
So I just bought this for a dollar and I was free roaming a bit, and I noticed that the bridge to another part of the map was blocked. Do I have to play the missions to unlOck the other areas? Also, are there any cheats like in gta cw?
The different islands unlock as you progress past certain points in the story, so play the main missions to advance. Be advised, however, that as you advance the story, certain gangs might become hostile to you, so I'd suggest to do the Vigilante/Paramedic/Firefighter side-missions as early as possible (so their unprovoked attacks won't screw up your progress).
Great news, just updating GTA 3 as theres a major update to help with some of the memory issues with the ipod 4. Had a ton of crashes on mine, spoke to another dev who mentioned there are often issues with the ipod 4 64 gig due to memory strangely enough. Really want to enjoy GTA3 more but just had way too many crashes which were frustrating. Spoke to Rockstar support which was a waste, but hope this update sorts it out.
Any chance this update comes with a static d-pad? Been waiting to be able to use blutrol on this to have some physical controls
I just want the ability to enter in cheat codes! Anyone notice if this update adds that functionality?
Uzi where do I find the Uzi gun I really need it for the mission 'two faced tanner' but can't find it???
yes you have to finish all the missions on the first island before you unlock the other island. there are three islands. when you unlock all the missions on island two you unlock number three. you get it and no there is not any cheats for gta on iPod etc yet.
Actually, all the cheats and mods for the pc one work on this one. the mods are done the same way and the cheats need a blietooth keyboard to activate.
he means you need a bluetooth keyboard to connect to the iPad/iPhone/iPod to enter cheats so you can get cheats, all the same ones as the ones on ps2 etc for gta 3. cheers by the way didn't no that!
