Going back to the reviews of this game, it's a damn shame that it got hammered pretty much due to the controls. If only it had the updated controls it has now maybe it would have gotten the credit it deserved.

As it stands now, this a gem that I'm glad I stumbled into.
Yeah the controls were ok but didnt work for most during the first versions of the game, but the devs improved the controls to what it is today and it's one of the few very well done metroidvania games on iOS.

Game Impressions

I can't say I care for the writing, and certainly not for the character design of the heroine, and the controls are still a bit iffy, but the game seems grand and ambitious in scope, and iOS is probably a better gaming platform for it.

I wonder if this game's getting an iOS7 controller support. That would be pretty sweet.

That would go true for most platformers as well.

So how are the controls and impressions on it now?

Quick question, how long is this game? I'm excited to play it!

It's free now, so there's no harm in trying it out, or at least lockedz it. I never had any problems with the controls post update. It's an good take on the metroidvania formula and i really enjoyed it.

I dont remember how long it took me to finish the game, but it took a long while. Sorry couldnt help there. LOL
