As the title says i was wondering whether there are any really good boxing or fighting type games. After seeing Real Steel and seeing the game in the app store i looked at it and it seemed pretty poor with only the d-pad and the 4 other buttons on the right. I realised there werent all that many good fighting games i could find barring fight nights champion or king of fighters-i. Is there any others that you guys can reccomend?

Fight Night Champion by EA is one of the best boxing games on iOS. I can't think of any others aside from the ones that bigrand1 listed.

Hey, I like this thread. There are a lot of fighting games, but nothing really new. I had high hopes for Street Fighter, but it was very dissappointing, somehow ... old and outdated. What I liked though was Bruce Lee. There's a lite version in the App Store.
If you really play the fighting games then there is no better platform then Sreet fighter and you can also play Tekken five.
With the way graphics are always increasing on the iphone and other idevices i would have thought that someone would have made a actual fully licensed, great, fighting game. I.e> the guys from tekken should invest I just wish the Real Steel game was made awesomely. Sadly, it isnt.
