Purchasers having difficulty reviewing app

I released an app on Thursday that I've been getting a lot of positive feedback from. I got messages/emails from three people who said they tried to review and rate my app but it's not working. I'm positive 2 of them didn't use promo codes though the jury is still out on the third. One did say he was able to rate and review other apps just fine and it was only mine that doesn't work.

I did get one review that showed up on Thursday just a few hours after release, but it's not from the people who said their reviews didn't take. I realise there have been intermittent issues with the App Store review/rating system over the years. I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed a similar problem with any of their apps recently.

Oh, and yeah, this is my first app.

Yes, the AppStore is currently a bit buggy. Especially the rating and ranking system is doing some strange things. You can't do much more than wait and hope it gets fixed soon. Good luck!
