New update - Call for feedback

    Hi TouchArcade Troops,

An update to Tank Maverick Lite has just been released. This update brings:

    - A new, much larger survival level
    - OpenFeint support for achievements and survival level leaderboards
    - New sound effects and visuals
    - Tilt-control tweaks for smoother play

Also, I know I said that Tank Maverick full would be out in a few weeks, but clearly I lied. Right to your various faces.

    I'm sorry :(

I have been working on the new levels for the full version, but the response to Tank Maverick Lite was not quite as positive as I was expecting. It's doing OK in the charts and it got featured in "What's Hot" for both subcategories in many countries, but the star ratings it's received are a bit of a concern. For that reason I feel I need to step back, take stock and really try to make the game more appealing before I start charging for it.

In order for that to happen, I'm in desperate need of some FEEDBACK. So far the only concrete feedback I have received was about the controls being too jittery, so I have addressed that. But obviously there are other things letting the game down and holding it back. So, apologies for being forward but … please PLEASE give it a go, and tell me everything that's not quite right about it. I promise it will be fun. It's a fun game. Stuff blows up. All the time. And it's free. It's just that you may also find yourself charging back here and saying "DUDE, you've GOT to CHANGE X/Y/Z, it's RUBBISH!!". Well … hopefully :).

Huge thanks if you've read this far,

    Pete.

I see your cutscenes are inspired by Chopper 2
