Wow, if true, this is amazing. I'm definitely getting lost planet, dead rising, resident evil and street fighter.
Whoa! Pretty big news. The 2 companies pairing up that I least expected. Good news for me, hopefully Gameloft/Capcom will see the light and decide to bring a proper racing game to the iPhone, more specifically: MOTO GP. None of that 4 wheeled crap
doesn't sound iPhone specific. The deal is primarily help with distribution in Europe / Africa / Middle East. App Store doesn't require such help. arn
Well I used a useful website named 'google' (www.google.com). To find out some moar stuff Apparently they have not announced which platform they are developing the games for, so we are still in for a chance http://www.develop-online.net/news/33353/Gameloft-strikes-Capcom-mobile-deal
Well sarcasm doesn't really amuse me... But anyway, I wanted teh specific site, and you posted that, so nice
Guys, there's nothing to be excited about, iDevice-wise. The deal concerns J2ME titles produced by Capcom Mobile that already exist - Gameloft will publish these games in select territories, because they understandably know the business better than Capcom. Gameloft will not develop any original material based on Capcom IP and, as was already said in this thread, Capcom doesn't need help with putting their apps on AppStore (see Resident Evil 4).
DEADRISING!!!! Holy crap I can't wait for that! One of my favorite 360 games hitting my iPod. Wow, who wudda thunk it.
Without hundreds and hundreds of zombies in Dead Rising, I hardly see the point of it. I doubt the iPod could pull that off.
dang... resident evil 4 from capcom was great. but the graphic was decent... the story was short. BUT with gameloft, im guessing its a big world. over 300mb... BEAUTIFUL GRAPHICS sigh...
