App preview screenshots distorted

Dear Touch Arcade staff, I posted about an iPhone game release here: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?p=4087875
Unfortunately, the screenshots look distorted. Attached image files don't show up either (they do show in post preview though).
Is there a way to fix this?
