I don't tout the joypad app program which makes the iphone a joystick for hdmi tv, but it works great! Looks like attached. Anyone know if this game also supports icade core joystick support? Too lazy to check the ion long list. Thanks! Just guessing. awp69 Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2009 8,249 0 36 Greenville, SC #10 awp69, Apr 25, 2013 I'll hang my head low and admit I grabbed it after it went free. But if the dev was behind increasing it to $99 and it wasn't a mistake, it's kind of sad. What's the difference if it drops from $.99 to free or $99 to free? It's still going to pop up in price tracking apps. Would anyone really believe it was $99? It's more stupidity to do crap like this than trying to outsmart the customer. Also, so you know, we're not ramming Bee Leader full of freemium in-app purchases, virtual coins, removing levels or crippling the game etc. - it's just free. Sometimes developers raise the price before dropping to free just so that it'll show up as going from "$99 - free" in price reduction apps and might fool people into thinking they're getting an insane deal. Also a few services will automatically register bigger drops as better deals and give them more visibility. Personally I don't care. A free game is a free game and either it's good or it sucks. I bought Bee Leader the week it came out Drummerboycroy Well-Known Member Apr 2, 2012 4,172 0 36 Clinician Maine! #14 Drummerboycroy, Apr 25, 2013 Sad that you need to clarify this, solely based on your previous contributions to the forum, but then I also understand posters' apprehension based on an ever-growing bank of past experience. Thanks in particular for that last piece. It's getting harder and harder to update games without fearing the worst, and it's nice to know some developers are trying to keep things legit. Though you might have wanted to choose a price that' couldn't be confused with .99, like 159.99 (check the price on a crap music app called Different Drummer). Or just raise the price to a cool thousand bucks. BTW, this is one of the few (I wish there were more) games not made by Orange Pixel that works with Gameconsole/Joypad. If you do happen to play the game with Joypad and some ads appear (and you have to get off the couch and walk across to your iPad&TV to dismiss them) then please let us know and we'll fix it. By the way, Lou and Todd from Joypad were kind enough to make a version of the Joypad api for us to use in the Mac version of Bee Leader which we just released yesterday - you can play Bee Leader on your Mac using your iPhone as a remote control (as well as wireless PS3 controllers, touch, gamepads, etc). Yes, it's a shame there's not more Joypad games around... but they're busy working on a new service called OpenKit.io, a cloud service like Open Feint. If you want to check out Bee Leader for Mac there's a free version on our site. It doesn't have any ads, any promos, any in-app purchasing, any nags... nothing. It also has the entire first world "Just Desert" available for free.
