My iTunes was syncing my iPod (Touch 3) and just wasn't progressing. So I cancelled it. Now, my iPod shows the homescreen with a frozen loading circle and the brightness is set to its lowest. It is completely frozen, I cannot turn it off, restart it or use it. I plugged it back in, tried to update it, back it up and restore it - but each time it said 'failed' due to something-or-other. Basically, I'll have to wait for it to run out of battery (which will take ages as its got no brightness and not being used!). Will it hopefully work better if it drains power and then try?
