Are there a lot of games that require 3g or later?

    So i was planning on getting a itouch 2g 8gb, but i was browsing the store on my sister's itouch and i saw the Dead Rising Mobile game and it said that i'd baccarat

    3g or later to play that game. Playing games is really the only thing i plan on using the itouch for so im wondering are there a lot of games that need 3g or later?     With the fifth generation coming out soon, I'm not sure why you'd get anything below a 4th generation device. Lots of games are 3rd generation and up now. Gameloft hasn't made one game that supported the 2nd generation since December 2010. Other top-rated games like Infinity Blade, World of Goo, Aralon, etc. all don't support the second generation either. But yeah, if your primary use for an iPod Touch would be for gaming, you're going to be hurting with a second generation. And yes, many developers are definitely moving towards utilizing third generation and up technology for games.
