Hello TA forum-ers! After completing 5 years, we here at YMS have an announcement that we are very excited about... our next game! We like to call it: HUEBRIX! Coming to the iOS and Android stores on August 15th 2012 for $2.99 only. We also plan to give some promo codes during launch week! Screenshots: More screenshots here: http://huebrix.com/screenshots.html Thanks for reading!
We'd like to take this opportunity to share our experience for deciding the look of HUEBRIX and link you our art journey blog post: http://www.yellowmonkeystudios.com/blog/2012/07/18/huebrix-art-the-longest-journey/
I had the chance to play this at Casual Connect Asia earlier this year. It's great - before I knew it I'd blown through the first 15 levels or so. It has a really inviting set of controls, and nicely worked out puzzles. Glad to hear it's coming out soon!
I've been beta testing this game for a few days and it's pretty sweet. Great visuals and it's really fun to play, there are also some neat animations and stuff.
THIS is the kind of puzzles/games that I like. I can see myself hooked on it the whole summer. Will there be an iPad version? marc
Glad you like it! Yes there will be an iPad version, in fact that is probably our most awesome version (the new iPad) There will also be a version for iPhones and a version for most Android handsets. A Mac version is coming soon! PS: We also have a browser playable
I've played this also. The team contacted me quite a while back to have a go at an alpha version. Played the new version at Casual Connect Singapore and we all really enjoyed playing it. Have you all played Path Pix? It has a little bit of that but with more devious puzzle mechanics. Good luck with the launch Shailesh and team!
They are special blocks that reduce the maximum length of your path. You should download the game when it releases and check them out. They are pretty neat!
This game reminds me of Flow, a game I really like . It just seems more complex, with a twist and much more than connecting the dots. Still need beta testers?
Yeh. You got it right, the game isn't about connecting dots. We just have starting points and maximum lengths of paths and then you have to manage the space and fill the whole grid. We can do a beta access, but we are running low on devices left on the apple portal right now. If you PM your testflight account I can set something up for you when I get a chance.
