Maria, Mariana? Sorry if I got the name wrong. It's the boss battle where Maria(?) is standing on top of a block, and her 7 female cohorts kick your butt. After clearing the above, she jumps down and more enemies come out. I always clear out all the enemies, but she constantly regenerates and I can never seem to kill her. I've been stuck here for a couple of days. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
She was a pain, no doubt. First, I loaded up on syringes before the fight. Enrage, regen, and I think agility was the one that let you take two actions per turn. Once you've loaded up and fallen into the trap, turn around 180 degrees. Take one step forward and one to the right so that you're in a corner. This way only two enemies can attack you at once. Clean up all the little ones. You're going to need to be enraged so reapply it if you lost it during the smaller enemies. I suggest using the rifle or the rocket launcher to wear her out. After you get her to about half health, she brings in a new group of goons. I don't have a particularly good way to deal with them and Marianna at the same time. Kill the little ones, then just alternate between hitting Marianna with a powerful gun and using health packs since she does so much damage. Hope you have a lot of rocket launcher and rifle
+1 juice up on syringes, Sniper Rifle, and Rocket Launcher/with or even without the right positioning= Victory!

Headshots Use the sniper rifle and get in a few head shots, you don't have to be in line with her to hit her.
