I forgot Linkin Park even had a game. I mean, I of course know about Avenged Sevenfold's game, but didn't even know much about Linkin Park's game. Anyway, love their music (at least pre-Minutes to Midnight), so I'll definitely be downloading this. kristoffer Well-Known Member May 18, 2014 131 0 16 #9 kristoffer, Nov 12, 2014 You win all of the points, sir/madam. I"ve been playing this for the last couple of days. Granted, I've only completed the first world in that time - but it's really not a bad game. I haven't heard any lyrical songs, it all seems to be instrumental - it's not pushy with the IAPs (though replaying missions to get 3 stars and medals will pretty much be required if you really want to upgrade your character and buy more items) - the controls work well with the fighting mechanics, and I've had little to no lag on my iPhone 5 while playing. For free, it's hard not to recommend, even if you despise Linkin Park. I don't think I would have guessed that it was 'their' game if their name wasn't plastered on it. Then again, I don't pay attention to anything at all that they do or say, so it's not like I would be able to guess... but... =oP I'm still enjoying the game quite a bit. Cagey75 Well-Known Member Sep 2, 2014 134 0 0 #18 Cagey75, Nov 13, 2014 I bought one of their albums years back, I was going through a bit of a phase of liking bad music. I wouldn't listen to them now even for free. Junbugo Member Dec 1, 2012 18 0 0 #19 Junbugo, Nov 13, 2014 I would have to agree with syntheticvoid, the game is not that bad and people should try it for free while they can. As for the band, the reason i tried the game was because i was a fan (never started hating them, just never kept up with their music) so love them or hate them try it it cost you nothing. Also to the everyone who refuse to support anything linkin park does, sad for you, music for relief has a pretty noble goal. http://musicforrelief.org/our-story/ syntheticvoid Well-Known Member Jun 20, 2010 14,504 124 63 Musician & factory worker. a[V-O-I-D] http://apparentsymmetry.bandcamp.com #20 syntheticvoid, Nov 14, 2014 Too good for it, huh? Yah... I use to be like that. After HS, the elitism and need to feel superior faded into... Well... Something. It still creeps up now and again, but I missed out on so much because of it... I'm STILL being introduced to things I snubbed my nose at over a decade ago, and kicking myself for not giving things a chance because it was 'beneath me'. Anyway, if you're into action/adventure games that require a bit of tactical play instead of mindless button mashing (don't get me wrong, button mashers are great), this is a game you should check out.
