The Vietnamese version is not available outside of the country though. And for the close beta, we're trying to finish it by the end of this week
I played the beta. It's quite good, sort of old school, but had latency issues. Which they are working on. I would expect it next week and would recommend giving it a shot.
After longer beta testing period, this is releasing Monday 20th. So tomorrow. Don't know if it's rolling internationally region release or the switch will go everywhere at same time. It's pretty good and worth a shot as its free.
