hey im on level 6..(only 134 kills and 25 missions) still with icarus + vulcan n proton generator.. but i just got enough $ to purchase a wraith..is it really good?
The Wraith is a nice ship. I also bought it recently along with a Nemesis Thermo. After that I was broke ^^
is there any ship after wraith? cause right now i have no problem getting more money with just icarus.. edit: i just saw ur other post! 10 ships?? woaaa lol..maybe i should save until i cant progress anymore and then buy something good
What about the Phantom? They are pretty expensive too (98K from what im seeing now) btw i have a question: what happens if you buy a new plane then they sell off all ur weapons, and then the shop at that same planet does not have a weapon suited for you plane. do u now have no weapon? how about if u dont have enough money to buy weapons after u purchase the new plane. or does it come with a weapon already
All your weapons are sold during ship purchase. So if you barely have enough cash to buy the ship itself, including the price of your current ship, please do some more missions or else you won't be able to buy back your weapons. Your shield will remain, though. And almost all ships have laser support, so you won't be completely without a weapon. Unless you don't have a laser at all, which is what I did on my mobile version.
Well, a few more hours in and now I'm rocking. Last night's stats in grey. Stats Level: 10 8 Reputation: Feared Notorious Time played: 08:03:35 04:25:20 Kills: 715 384 Missions: 142 78 Equipment Drakken Class: Bomber (Leonid) Weapon Systems: 5 Armor: 330 Cargo Hold: 60t Loadout Laser: Ngook (Vossk, 28dmg, 320ms ROF) Missile: Ghe'msk (Vossk, 198dmg, 10,000ms ROF) Shield: Titan (capacity 105, regeneration 2100ms) My new ship has Plasma (actually, they call it "Plasm" in the game ... ?), Photon, and Thermo weapon slots, too. But I'm still looking for some uber weapons for those slots ... I'm about 15% through the Solecci Quadrant so hopefully something will turn up soon. I've also had no luck finding an Atlas shield ...

level 6 wraith thermo styx is there anything when you go through other quadrants?? i mean is it just missions over and over and upgrades? and are the missions always destroying cargos..or enemies..protecting..
Well, there's one, anyway ... I wonder if my ship is maxed out? I would love to know what the best weapons are in this game ... edit: a quick Google reveals that I already have the most powerful weapons in the game. That kind of sucks.
I know what you mean, having played a few more hours I've got the H'soc ship and the best plasm from the vossks. I dread to think how I'm going to feel about the game once I get all the other top weapons. There won't be much to do other than repeat missions. Shame there's no more story. That's what I liked about final fantasy-long storyline with the option of sidequests. They shouldve somehow incorporated that into GoF.

I'm looking forward to finding the phantom and Drakken too, shame you have to sell ships..
A bit OT: What are your Survival highscores? I managed to reach 4144 the other day. That was some serious dog fighting though. Good thing is that you can recover quite well if you're playing good since you regain health for every kill.
Sigh I'm also looking for a Ngook. I used to play my mobile version of GoF with the Vossok ship, but I found that fighting became a bit mundane. So I'm gonna try keeping my Thermo this time, and my Wraith. If you find a good place to get a Ngook, please tell me.
