kehvatsu's comments:
Hi,

Just wanted to announce that my new strategy game Coastal Command has been released!

The game is little different than iPad games usually. I wanted to create a complex strategy game for iPad in naval setting. It has no in-app purchases you buy it once and that's it. I'm not a fan of the current trend for freemium games.

Here's gameplay video:

To Bool Zero:
Yeah the 150% game speed is a little bit too slow but there really was no technically feasible way to speed the game more or otherwise the collision detection would not have worked(as the bullets would go so fast that they would pass trough objects). So it was either the simulated bullets or faster game speed and I decided that the simulated weapons were more important. They look cool and add something that other TD games don't have.

The game works on all iPads except iPad 1, it just doesn't have enough memory or processing power to handle the big maps and collisions.

Feel free to ask more questions
Honestly, it's not a gripe really just a peeve of mine and it doesn't take away from the game at all! I'm really enjoying this as it is a well-made game!

I do however have a feature request: Is it possible that this game could run in portrait mode? I like the length of the maps but I feel that I would get more viewing space of the oncoming onslaught I'm about to decimate if I had this game playing in portrait view! It would be nice to stay somewhat zoomed in while still getting more viewing area of the bottom of he screen, IMO. I think it would really be cool if I could play this game in both positions, landscape and portrait, as I think they would suit different gamers viewing preferences!

Again though, not a gripe, more of a request/suggestion! The only other thing I would ask is for more cool power ups and turrets but that's just garnishing at this point on top of an already great dish!
