The irony is that I stopped playing depict a long time ago purely because of all the jerks out there who cheat and then whistle blow others. I never even knew there was moderators and stuff so I couldn't really relate to any of the questions.
I recommend going back to it; the gameplay is improved. I rarely encounter cheaters/false whistle blowers.
Yeah, the only problem with Depict used to be that a LOT of the other players were jerks, ruining the game for everyone else. But that was awhile ago, and the new whistle system along with the moderators has really solved that issue. By the way, I'm one of those moderators, so be nice to me! I'm totally impartial here, and I have no connection to this game, other than the privilege of having been nominated to be a moderator.
