Any ideas why our app would drop from the App store? On App shopper it shows up at #26 top grossing, on iTunes #24 top grossing, but doesn't show up on my phone as in the top grossing or the top paid. Its completely missing. Anyone else have that issue? Its very scary! I've noticed it before but its become even more of a frequent problem. Sometimes we'll be missing and another app will show up twice...
Sorry, Josh, but it's a persistent problem within the AppStore especially apparent around the "show more games" mark, i.e. 25, 50, 75. When Sparta was at #24, it would show #24 and #25 game, I believe Parachute Panic at that time, in the same spots. It lasts only for a short amount of time and I'm not sure if it shows it universally or only on your device at times.
The top 1-25 and top 26-50 are updated separately at different times so they are often out of sync. This is especially happening when there is an app which going up or down very fast or is removed from the shop.

majic won't install for some reason, now i'm checking out appfigures... oh - actually I don't think either of these will work because I get my reports from Chillingo, not from iTunes connect or Apple. Chillingo sends me an update daily.
