Hi everybody! I´m Gabriel, game designer of Golden Bite Games from Uruguay. Wanted to share some of our work of Runnedrez. Runnedrez it´s a new way of play Chess with a different twist. No matter if you like Chess or not, you will enjoy the game because we take the essence and the fun of Chess, to make a casual and innovative way to learn and play it. You play with knight. The other chess pieces are the enemies and you have to reach to the end without being killed XD. Here is a gameplay video. We been last year at GDC showing our first version for an educative program here in Uruguay and worked very well. Toucharcade covered us last year "Like most of these riffs on the Chess formula we've seen on mobile, Runnedrez is a really clever idea and works really well in practice." Suggest a name for our new game: Runnedrez Hi everyone! Last weeks, i was showing Runnedrez to friend devs and publishers for GDC and one of the things they suggested me is to change the name of the game. As you know the name is called Runnedrez (for now) that is a combination between "Runner" and "Ajedrez" (Chess in spanish). The thing is that this name was invented because we targeted our first version for our local audience in Uruguay and now that we want to launch globally we are thinking in changing the name. Gameplay video: Despite the game is different in terms of art and also we add new mechanics, we think the essence of the game is the mostly the same, so we are thinking a new name. Hi everybody! Wanted to share that finally Knight Quest: (The Chess running game) is going to be launched on 26th on iOS and 30th of august on google Play.
