Still enjoying this game so much. Pity it doesn't get more attention.
What hooks me is the music combined with the zen-like sounds when
you catch the "jelly".

Agreed... this one deserves way more attention...

It just blows me away that PomPom's games are virtually overlooked by everyone, while games that are essentially in the same genre, but of lesser quality are praised relentlessly.

As for the score, yeah, Mr. "Chad" - I just got him on my GC friends list a couple days ago, and FINALLY caught up with him, snaggin the #1 spot on loads of boards, including the OVERALL SCORE board... hehehe... I haven't had a back-n-forth in a long time... actually... I think the last time I went back and forth was with Space Tripper... funny it should be another PomPom title that brings me back to that spot. Great fun.


As for my... "School" - thanks... but I'm pretty sure college counts as schooling, so no need for the quotations.

any chance we could get a GameCenter icon in the game?

It would make checking your position a lot easier than exiting out of the app, and then going into GameCenter, and then going back into Jelly Pops...

This never happened until I updated to iOS 6.0.1 (I was previously on 5.1.1)

Yeah, with as many score chasers as we have here on the forums, I'm surprised this one went unnoticed. It's definitely one of my favorites.

I can see why! I was struggling at first, then it hit me - faster is better. Obviously boosting all the time makes the game harder, but the upshot is that your multiplier increases more quickly. That's the kind of risk/reward I like.

I only began to be more active on the forums once the TA app was released. Before the app, I barely checked the forums at all, and posted very rarely. But now you're all stuck with me. And the forums are where a lot of gems are hidden. Like Eek!, one of my favourite high score games has less than 200 guys on Game Center. Definitely check it out when you get an iPhone.
