      I just got a new iMac, and just to make sure:
      to move my iTunes library I just move the iTunes folder into Users\blah\Music\iTunes right?
      and do I have to change any "format" my iPT is in? I remember on my nano the formatting was either Windows or Mac, is it the same for an iPT

      If you have under 1000 songs, just use Senuti. Plug in and transfer, works like a charm.

      If not, then just go on doing... whatever the hell it is you're doing.

      I don't know about the macs but in windows go to the File then Library and there is an option to Consolidate - that will transfer everything to the place that you specify. I think it works same way in both systems. Good luck..

      Well I just moved the entire iTunes folder and it all worked fine. Yeah you would have to consolidate the library to make that work
