What does this mean for what Gameloft is doing now and their future titles?

Well I guess it'll be the same thing: extra greedy freemium pay 2 win games like the old Gameloft

I don't think vivendi has bought gameloft with the sole intention of making great appreciated premium games for us humble IOS users. I think it'll be more a case of hone in on what's working (freemium), and cut the fat (premium), and if not just that, the pump up the freemium dial 5 times.

Business is business. If I bought a business, then I want profits.

Are vivendi the old Sony, I can't remember. If they are, they were pretty successful with their mmorpgs.

My guess is... It will mostly be the same good and bad, but with different people gaining the profits.

I'm with EP, Gameloft stopped pumping out great premium games since 2014 which is a shame but I doubt that the Vivendi' takeover will change anything for better or for worse

False actually, vivendi is worse then gameloft so expect gameloft to lean even more into the scummy shit they've been doing.
