iMame or Gridlee if you got them when they were on the App Store although a great MFi Controller alternative is Blood Bros - Arcade Machine, which is a mame emulator still on the AppStore. You need to side load your ROMs via iExplorer or iFunBox but it works a treat. People grumble that it's one pound fifty but it's worth it if you want a non-jailbreak mame emulator. Edit: i see you've said browser in your first post. i honestly don't know about that, sir.
