App Store problem: Purchased tabs does not load

Hi.
I'm having a lot of problems today with my just bought iPad (had an iPad before, iCloud restore), regarding the App Store.
First of all is that it seems to be App Store related, and not iPad related. I have some apps bought and not installed that I want to install now, but they appear as not purcharsed (price showing instead of install).
I bought a game this morning on my iPhone (universal app) and it doesn't show as bought (install banner), but price instead.
And finally I can't access my "purchased" tab on the App Store. It just keeps loading and nothing shows.

Does anyone have the same problems?.
EDITED to clarify that I'm using the same account, and have always used the same account. Never used iTunes on my Mac, just iCloud backups.

Happens to me too, recently my laptop was stolen, with my iTunes IPAs on it and now there no way to remember them all, and that Purchased list showed only once and thats it... I miss it...

I was having problems with genius, the "purchased" tab, as well as seeing the price instead of "update" on items I owned. I just checked a minute ago, all functions are working fine for me now.
