It's funny, the user reviews may seem like they can't be edited after being submitted, but you can actually edit them. If the reason you're asking is because you think you can't edit your reviews (don't worry, I didn't think you could either), you can.

The answer is yes. I've posted appinfo for apps that existed, but didn't show in iTunes, and the link just says "app info..." until it works.
I'm not so sure it really needs an appinfo tag anymore, it kinda just pushes my review out of the limelight It'd be awesome if whoever does the magic forum coding could create a collapsable appinfo for the sake of tidiness.
