Well, I got the thing. Yes, having never played it is kinda confusing but, of course, I haven't read all the rules. BUT, I do think the rules are fine and the hints are helpful. No tutorial sucks but it is beginning to make sense with just a purusal of the rules. The game is slick, very well done, and I think as soon as I understand all the little nuances there's a fun game to be had. I think the in-game rules would be better in understanding the iPad game rather than the PDF. Tomorrow I'll spend more time in the rule book but, again, looks like a great little game!

thanks again but one thing you didn't show was on the deductions "score card" display (top right pullout) it shows the responses you got when you asked the AI, but if you click on the colored ball at the top (yours was green) it will show the responses you gave the AI when they asked you.

anyway, i have to play it a more before the deduction logic i'm supposed to use becomes more clear but hey!, i don't often pick up a board game and become an expert right off, i gotta play it a while before things click.

i think the trick of the game is to talk to the ambassador as much as you can and to try and keep him away from other players.

I'm finally getting the hang of this. I've found and exchanged secret codes successfully three times. Of those, I still lost twice. I finally completed the mission successfully the last time. The in game rules are horrible, IMO. However, if you're willing to read the actual rule book and watch a video or two, the game is quite good, and the AI seems more than competent.

I understand HOW the game plays and what I am SUPPOSED to do, but the deduction logic is pretty much escaping me. Any hints or tips on how to figure out who is who in this game?

Also, is it crucial to figure out which body type each player is? If so, why?

I really want to enjoy this, but the first time I played, I won without even knowing what was going on, lol. I know that once I grasp the logic of the deduction aspect, this will be a really fun game for me.
