This is from the dev of StarFire and X3000. StarFire has RT and I believe X3000 does too but it's been forever since I played so I'm not sure. Anyway I'm guessing this has RT but I'm waiting for the iPad version so I can't confirm yet sorry.

Picked up the HD. This could be really good but I have a couple of issues. There is no relative touch. The control option called relative is just offset direct touch where the ship stays above your finger. In StarFire, this was called touch, and relative was actual RT. Also, the movement of my ship is a bit choppy, not smooth.

There is a campaign and local multiplayer, it's a buck with no IAP at all, and it comes from a developer with a history of quality shmups, so it's still not a bad pickup. I don't think it's as good as StarFire HD, but could be very good if the issues I mentioned are fixed. Don't be fooled by "online" in the title. It still has the full single player campaign you'd expect from a vertical shooter, and online is just used to advertise the local multiplayer feature.
