does anybody do this? I had an email a few weeks back about play testing and getting paid for it. Some games have special instructions and others are just play for at least 15 minutes and record your voice whilst playing to give your thoughts and opinions as you play. Just wondering if anyone has tried it or done it and if its for real? Also all the pay is always in dollars wondered if it works from the UK
This could still work for high profile companies. But for indies (99% of the appstore), it would be more practical to self test to a certain extent, then do either closed or open beta, or even a soft launch for a larger sample size.
