TRAMBO is an action packed minimalistic platformer with unique and simple gameplay mechanics.

We got rid of clumsy virtual joysticks by designing enjoyable invisible controls! The game also has quirky retro aesthetics that send those warm 8-bit vibes to players around the globe.

"Trambo is a platforming game without a 'jump' button. It's about shaving fractions of a second off your time to make sure the wall of black death doesn't consume you. And it's quite good." - Pocket Gamer (PG UK and France gave Trambo a silver award)

"If you're a fan of challenging, retro-like platformers at all, then you will want to give Trambo a try for yourself." - AppAdvice

"This minimalistic platformer contains twenty levels with so much style and so many ideas it turns into a game that is impossible not to recommend." - IGN Italy

"There are some segments that require pinpoint accuracy, and provide a legitimate sense of accomplishment when you clear them. Some of the better levels also feature a labyrinthine type of design intended to trick you into dark corners and dead ends, and it's at this point where the game really shines." - TouchArcade

"Trambo is the black metal of low-fi trial platformers." - 148Apps

TRAMBO features:
-Intuitive invisible controls.
-25 handcrafted levels.
-Two arcade levels with Game Center highscores.
-Fiendish level design with clever traps and challenges.
-Heart-throbbing boss battles!

Thank you for playing!

Hi and thanks for the feedback.

You are not alone with your opinion. I am a fan of super hard and unforgiving games myself and it seems I underestimated the patience of some gamers, sorry. I submitted an update with some new levels yesterday and some of those may be more to your liking, I hope.

I am also working on a new game which will not be this punishing, haha!

Cool. I understand. But it would be nice to have that as an option in settings "forgiving mode". Allow 1 or 2 continues before you have to start at the beginning. That way if your not interested in forgiveness you can play as designed. My thoughts are the more people you can get interested the more sales you can drive.

Hey thanks, those are some good suggestions! As I mentioned earlier, I am now developing my second iOS-title (with the dude who made the icon and promotional art, I might add) so most of my time goes there. However, I plan not to forget Trambo, so it is possible I will add some new features later.

Just completed the new levels. Very much enjoyed my time with Trambo. Elevator II was quite tricky. Looking forward to your next game, sir.

Trambo levels up!

Hey guys!

The arcade just got a small but exciting update: the batteries are now draining and you gotta catch one before it's empty or it's game over. Certainly makes it a bit more challenging!

That little change was originally suggested by Glorkbot, the guy behind Glorkian Warrior. Thanks, man! If you haven't tried GW yet, give it a go - it's one of my favorite iOS titles this year.

Our next title is also coming along nicely - we are balancing the gameplay and the graphics are being made as we speak. See you later!
