Need developer for coding app for multi-server environment

Hi all, if anyone has proficiency in 1) PHP 2) MySQL 3) Apache, and c) can work with Amazon's AWS back end (S3, EC2), I would like to inquire about your services to help with the finishing touches for an app I'm creating.

We need to adapt the app to scale over multiple servers as the user base grows, and some additional expertise for the setup would be very helpful.
