Not in China store? Sad. Neither is the Transformers card game.

Just a reskin of Blood Brothers with no effort to update the gameplay at all. No reason to play this over the better supported BB, unless you are a die hard fan of the GI Joe characters.

Google gi joe. It's been around for quite some time. I grew up playing with the figures in the 80's.

I read the DDP comics and watched Resolute.
Renegades was also great.

My first mobage game, didn't know what to expect but I'm a massive fan of the GI Joe franchise so I gave it a try.

Game mechanics:
1. You select a team. The team travels through a map. Every movement uses up an energy point. Energy points recover in real time like any other free to play games.
2. On the map you have your treasures and enemies.
3. If you encounter enemies, the screen shows a battle screen in which you don't have to do anything. The battle resolves itself.
4. You win, you have a chance to capture units.

And the game goes on like that.

Every day you will get a bronze tier unit to add to your team. There are multiple tiers of units in the game: if you spend real money on the game you will get better units. The more you spend, the better the units will be.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed that this game is anything but a game. No story. No strategy. Heck you dont even decide how your units fight in battle.

If you are like me, who very much wants to recreate his 1980s experience of playing the GI Joe action figures but on the iPhone, this game is not for you.
