Holy mother of Satan! DUDE! You totally knocked this out of the ball park. Tiny Dangerous Dungeon won my heart and a permanent place on my phone and this...this is huh wow. So damn stoked for the 19th!
Something I want to point out to fans of Tiny Dangerous Dungeons: This game is not a metroidvania. Super Dangerous Dungeons is a complete remake of my very first game I created, simply known as Dangerous Dungeons. The original browser game is still playable here: http://www.stencyl.com/game/play/4102 Just be wary that it's it's over 4 years old, and being my first game, it's very rough around the edges, with terrible controls and insane difficulty. SuperDD has been completely build from scratch with years of gamedev experience to back it to address the original's issues: The controls and art have all been redone, and level design is more balanced and polished with less unfair pixel perfect platforming. Even the original game's composer KungFuFurby created a completely new soundtrack for the remake. SuperDD doesn't have a free roaming dungeon and ability upgrades like TinyDD. Instead, it's a level based platformer where in each room you need to reach a key and then get to the exit while avoiding all kinds of hazards that kill you from one hit. There is still some exploring to do though: there is a difficult secret level hidden in each dungeon, and beating them all is required for reaching the final boss and ending. TinyDD was first released on browser before it arrived on mobile, so it's easy to think SuperDD is a sequel. It's actually TinyDD that is the sequel/spinoff of the original game. However if I ever end up making a new DD game after this, it's most likely going to be a metroidvania adventure again. TinyDD and SuperDD are really different, but if you enjoyed TinyDD I hope you will also enjoy this game as well. Here's some comparison screenshots of original DD and SuperDD:

Just wanted to pop in to say SDD is absolutely fantastic. I've had the privilege of playtesting it, it's AdventureIsland's best work imo.

Super Dangerous Dungeons is now out! Go get it: http://itunes.apple.com/app/id1006111149 The game is free and shows ads at set intervals, but if you don't want to see them, you can just buy them off with a simple IAP. Remove Ads button is located in pause menu and level selection screen.
