Rest in peace Steve Jobs. It's amazing he was able to fight cancer for as long as he did and keep up with his work as CEO.

I wouldn't necessarily say that. They've still got a great CEO who has been helping jobs for years. May Steve rest in peace. He truly changed the world.

The timing is almost too coincidental, he must have guessed it was coming. I can't say I'm sad exactly, but it still comes as a strange blow. My sympathies go out to the people close to him.

Apple will do fine, every company goes through changes, you can't just expect Steve and Bill to hang around and control the world forever.

    Steve Jobs has passed Away

Apple's website announces the sad news that Apple co-founder and former CEO Steve Jobs has passed away. Jobs was 56 years old, and had been struggling with complications related to pancreatic cancer over the past several years. Apple leaves the following message on their website in tribute to Jobs:
Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple.

I can't believe it. I know Apple the company will survive but there is just something to the man that no one can quite figure out. Yes the timing is incredibly coincidental.
