No, it doesn't have iCloud support and save data wont transfer between the iPhone and iPad versions.

GameCenter sandbox is used by beta testers because unsigned code isn't allowed to connect with the real GameCenter so it is segregated.

Sandbox levels usually refers to levels with open goals that allow you to play freely. A level that encourages you to beat your flight time is a great example, you can test out all kinds of new builds while trying to meet that generic goal.

[Misguided]

The sandbox levels are large areas with a bunch of different stars to collect. You don't have to cross a finish line like in the normal levels. The goal is to collect all the stars, but ou can do that over the course of many attempts. Playing the regular levels adds more parts to your inventory for the sandbox levels.

Dang, this game is funner than I thought! I thought it would be like angry birds in that I would buy it for the hype and not really play it much, but no bad piggies is much more of a thinking and action game, so I highly recommend it!
