    Hello,

How do you get you re game featured on touch arcade front page???

We sended an email here: [email protected]
, with few screenshots and various infos about our games...

But so far we did not get much love...it was kind of the same with ou first game ironfist boxing... I don t think it was ever featured on touch arcade front page...

So I start to wonder what do we do wrong ???

You're not necessarily doing anything wrong. They get hundreds of emails per day from devs wanting the exact same thing you do. If they find your game interesting, they may write about it. If they're already familiar with your work, or you personally, then your odds of getting their attention are greater.

You pay a member with at least 1500 posts 100$ and you get on the front page. Its a little secret that not many developers know.

    Corrected.

But seriously, Little White Bear had it right that the tips email is inundated with requests. The other issue is that WWDC is going on right now. With things like WWDC or E3 the news comes in so fast that getting on the front page that generally games worth front page coverage are saved until after the event (So they aren't bumped off the front page within hours)

Try sending another email after things cool down (After events there is often a backlog of reviews) but hopefully you should get some kind of response.

    Good Luck!

"hopefully" is right. [email protected] has always been a black hole for me and most developers - even a robo FAQ-style autoreply would be better than nothing, and would probably go a long way towards avoiding threads like this along with newbie developers being unsure if their attempted announcements made it through and sending repeated follow-up emails.

For what it's worth, I'm probably not going to bother sending anything to [email protected] in the future. There are plenty of interesting apps that get mentioned on the front page, but it's pretty clear that the main TA reviewers and I have very different tastes, especially when it comes to retrogaming. There's plenty of opportunity for Arn, Blake, Eli etc. to find out about apps on the main forum threads.
