I forgot about this until it popped up in the discounted games... don't make the mistake i did, get it now before you forget! Just the music and the visuals are enough to make it great. It's arcade but very balanced, when you lose your powerups you get them back quickly. If this had rpg-style progression, it would be up there with Wayward Souls and Sky force 2014, my personal most played games of 2014 (you read this, Voldbard? )
Does Plasma Sky save your progress if you complete a level, or do you have to duke it out to Level 80 in one go? I've got quite a few cool arcadey shmups already, but I'll defo buy this if you're able to pick up from where you left off.
Nope, it does not... But levels are waves and they're quick... Games don't last long... It's definitely a steal at 99 cents
This game is AMAZING! One of the best shmups (in my opinion) and certainly one of the best iCade Core compatible games.
