I'm thinking of getting Pocket RPG, but I need to know if it requires internet first, as I don't have a continuous internet connection.
No it doesn't. All it uses internet for is GameCenter. If you don't have a connection it just says GC unavailable. Basically you're achievements and watnot won't be posted online until you get a connection.
